Donald A. Madda

Don is a specialist in helping companies improve their earnings by reducing their expenses through telecom contract negotiations, error identification and correction, and overpayment recovery.

He has spent the past decade working in the telecommunications industry, nearly half of it as a consultant. His experience includes managing a wide variety of functional groups at MCI, WorldCom, and Sprint. His responsibilities have included contract pricing and negotiations for large customers, auditing, wholesale services planning, global markets planning, and access reform planning.

Don is an honors M.B.A graduate from the University of Notre Dame and holds a B.S. degree with a major in Finance from Virginia Tech.

Glen J. Stow

Glen assists ProfiTel Group clients in managing their telecommunications costs through contract procurement, compliance audits, and overpayment recovery. He has 25 years of telecommunications industry experience including stints with BellSouth, AT&T, Sprint, and MCI. His responsibilities with these vendors included telecom contract negotiations and pricing for large customers, sales, sales support, product management, operations management, financial management, and network design and optimization.

Glen also worked at First Data Corporation where he was on the other side of the table managing the procurement of telecom services and related contracts. Glen holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of New Orleans.

Jeff Warren

Jeff holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He also graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte.
